This policy explains what personal information AR Finance Solutions ("we", "us") collects through this website and how we use it. AR Finance Solutions is a sole proprietorship operated by Akil Rodrigues.

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and the description you write.
• Booking request form: the same details, plus your preferred date and time window.
• Email, phone or WhatsApp: whatever you send when you contact us directly, including your phone number and WhatsApp profile details visible to us.

Please do not send bank details, passwords, tax portal credentials, PAN or Aadhaar numbers or financial statements through the website forms. If documents are needed later, we will explain how to share them securely.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your enquiry or booking request, to discuss whether our services suit your needs, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com) receives what you submit in the forms and forwards it to our email inbox. Its own policy governs its handling of that data. Its free plan keeps submission history for a limited period.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you click the WhatsApp button, you leave this site and your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run analytics scripts. Our hosting and form providers may use technical cookies or logs needed to operate and secure their services. Your browser may store a small, temporary record on your device to prevent accidental repeat form submissions.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If we do not proceed to work together, we intend to delete enquiry details within 12 months. If we do work together, records are handled under the terms agreed with you.

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any legal obligations. Email rodriguesakil@gmail.com with your request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are sent to our email through an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is another reason not to send sensitive financial information through the forms.
